The Upper Stony Creek Arundo Project (Project) is located within Upper Stony Creek in western Glenn County, California. The Project site is portions of Upper Stony Creek channel where Arundo donax has been identified, from the Colusa County line north to the Stony Gorge Reservoir. Treatment of the Invasive weed began on September 19, 2023 and was paused on October 30 2023 due to weather (freezing) conditions. 183 Arundo Stands were identified and treated in 2023. Treatment will resume in Spring 2024 when weather conditions alow.
